Richard Houser is uniquely qualified to appraise antique, classic, sports cars and modified vehicles on the Central California Coast. As a hobbyist and collector, Richard has owned and restored over 60 different vehicles, both foreign and domestic.
He has restored late-50's through mid-60's Cadillacs, late 30's and 40's Buicks, 1966 Toronados. Kustoms (back in the day) included 49 and 50 Mercs, and 40's Buick Roadmaster Sedanettes. Restorations and drivers include 1953 Buick Skylark, 1959 Cadillacs, 1960 Cadillac El Dorado Biarritz, 1966 El Dorado Biarritz, 1966 Oldsmobile Toronados, Lincoln Mark VII, Volvo P1800, 1976 Jaguar XJ6 Coupe, Jaguar XJS (current) and many others.
Richard has done custom body and paint work (pre-Bondo), custom upholstery, hot rod mechanical work, and motorcycle restorations. He has built several custom Harleys including resto-mods and special construction bikes.
Richard also designed, directed, and participated in the construction of an all-electric Porsche Speedster Vintage Replica automobile for an electric automobile manufacturer.

- Appraisals accepted by insurance companies, banks, courts of law (expert witness, etc), IRS, etc.
- Member of International Society of Appraisers (ISA).
