Whenever you need a professional appraisal, for any purpose, of a stock or modified vehicle within 100 miles of the Dallas-Fort Worth area John W. Holmes is extremely well qualified to meet all your needs. John is a very active hobbyist in NE Texas and his work experience includes training and experience in automotive bodywork. He is very knowledgeable about a wide range of vehicles and his training and experience also qualify him to do Diminished Value and Lemon Law appraisals.

John has been a Certified Appraiser with the International Vehicle Appraisers Network (I-VAN) since 2002 and was doing appraisals of Panteras before joining I-VAN. The International vehicle Appraisers Network is a nationwide association of automotive hobbyists who are also automobile appraisers.

John is a member of the Pantera Owners Club of America (POCA), Pantera International, and the Antique Automobile Club of America. He is an AACA National Judge. He serves the local Pantera Club as Meeting Officer.

John’s personal car interests include cars that *run* - performance cars. John owns both stock and modified performance cars from a 1939 Nash Street Rod Project to his Resto-mod 351 Windson EFI 1971 Pantara and a Road Race prepared 2003 WRX. John does all his own work including paint, is an accomplished welder and made the roll bars and roll cages in his cars; which have all passed International Hot Rod Association Technical Inspection. Several of his cars have been award winners.

In 2004 John competed in the Car and Driver One Lap of America Road Race in a sponsored 2004 Subaru Forester XT. John also drag-raced a Mustang 5.0 from 1991 through 2000.

John is also a partner in the Apex Driving Academy; a performance driving school at MotorSports Ranch in Texas.
