I-VAN Appraiser
Jason Hephner became an I-VAN Certified Vehicle Appraiser in March 2003 upon completion of the I-VAN Appraisal Training School and a Certified Diminished Value Appraiser after completing the I-VAN Diminished Value Training School in 2007.
Jason has had experience working for 2 years in an automobile body shop, 8 years working at a local drag strip and then at the drag strip he became a Certified Technical Inspector for the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) for 2 years. After several years working as a machinist, Jason is currently selling agricultural equipment.
As an I-VAN Certified Vehicle Appraiser, Jason has appraised a wide range of vehicles from early antique cars to vehicles of the '50’s to Mustangs to muscle cars to street rods and modifieds. His particular interest and expertise lies in vintage Mopar Muscle Cars and antique Fire Fighting Equipment. Jason is a major resource of the International Vehicle Appraisers Network (I-VAN) in these areas. Every I-VAN Appraiser has a different knowledge base and the sharing of this collective body of knowledge is another resource that makes I-VAN the very best choice to appraise your vehicle.
Jason is a Senior Master National Judge for the Antique Automobile Club of America. He has also judged at local and regional car shows and served as Chief Judge at many of these events.
He has provided his expert services for many purposes including establishing insurance coverage values, settling insurance claims, and pre-purchase appraisals/evaluations, etc.
Jason Hephner is also Certified to perform Diminished Value, Lemon Law, and Fraud appraisals.

- Certified Vehicle Appraiser within the International Vehicle Appraisers Network (I-VAN). Graduate of the I-VAN Appraisers Training School in 2003.
- Certified Diminished Value Appraiser within I-VAN and graduate of the I-VAN Diminished Value Training School in 2007.
- Providing Professional Appraisals of automobiles, trucks, and motorcycles, etc. Expert on vehicle valuation. Appraisals accepted by insurance companies, banks, credit unions, the IRS, and Courts of Law (Expert Witness).
- Senior Master National Judge for the Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA).
- I-VAN Appraisals are accepted by the AACA National Museum, the American Truck Historical Society, America On Wheels, Transportation Museum of Virginia, etc.
- I-VAN Appraisals and the proper IRS forms have been accepted for donations to museums and other acceptable charitable organizations; providing tax deductible donations.
- Member of the AACA Speakers Bureau. Guest speaker on Insurance and Appraisals before car clubs and other civic organizations.
