Jack Hanbury is uniquely qualified to appraise antique, classic, and modified vehicles in the Florida Panhandle. Jack appreciates AND collects both stock and modified vehicles. Jack is an active member and judge throughout the auto hobby community. He also has impressive work experience.
Jack's collection includes an all original 1956 Ford Sunliner Convertible, a 1934 Ford Tudor Street Rod, an original 1986 Chevrolet El Camino, and a fully customized 1949 Mercury Convertible. The 1946 Ford Convertible he restored won an AACA National 1st Junior Award in 1986. Jack also spent a couple of years racing stock and modified vehicles at drag strips.
Jack has been an active member of the auto hobby community for a long time! He joined the Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) in 1956 (he was a mere child at the time!), the Classic Thunderbird Club (CCTC) in 1977, the Kustom Kemps of America in 1986, National Street Rod Association (NSRA) in 1993, Goodguys Rod & Customs in 1994, and the Buick Club of America in 2003. Jack belongs to several local regions/chapters of these clubs and held office in several of them.
In 2003 he was the AACA National Fall Meet Chairman when the Tallahassee Region AACA hosted the event. Jack is an AACA National Master Judge. He has been a recognized judge at numerous national, local and regional car shows.
His working career included 33 years with National Cash Register including 16 years as Fleet Administrator. He is an ASE Certified Body Repair Technician since 1994. And he has over 25 years of part-time auto salvage experience. Jack has been appraising cars since 1984.
