I-VAN Appraiser
Jeff Bliemeister has been a certified I-VAN appraiser since 2011, but his interest in old cars and history in general goes back to his formative years in grade school. Jeff has owned a vintage automobile since his sophomore year of college and routinely does his own maintenance and basic restoration work. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history, a master’s degree in museum studies and is currently employed as a Historic Site Administrator with the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.
His ability to handle a wide variety of vehicle appraisals was developed during his nine-years at the Antique Automobile Club of America Museum in Hershey where he helped establish this world class museum and served as its founding curator. During his tenure he processed over 200 vehicle donations, wrote articles for the Museum and Club’s magazines and researched and developed several dozen nationally-recognized exhibitions that focused on a wide range of historical topics and vehicles.
He remains active in the hobby as both an appraiser and Senior Master AACA judge with over 25 credits. Jeff splits his time between Palmyra, (Lebanon County – Central PA) and Coudersport (Potter County, Northern PA) operating appraisal offices in both communities. When you need an appraisal for any type of vehicle in either region or the area between, please contact Jeff Bliemeister for prompt and courteous service.
